DESCRIPTION:
As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will play a vital role in executing the channels' roadmap aligned with the overall Marketing Strategy. You will be responsible for creating, designing, and reviewing impactful social media campaigns, researching and crafting compelling content for our website, and driving the execution of SEO strategies to enhance organic search performance and drive long-term growth.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?
- Contribute to the execution of the channels' roadmap in alignment with the overarching Marketing Strategy.
- Create, design, and review engaging and effective social media campaigns that resonate with our target audience.
- Conduct research and craft high-quality content for websites, ensuring its relevance and alignment with business goals.
- Drive the implementation of SEO strategies to enhance organic search visibility, ensuring high-quality traffic generation and sustained growth.
- Manage initiatives aimed at improving SEO performance, including optimizing meta-data, URLs, and content creation.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members, fostering their professional development and growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve marketing objectives and contribute to overall business success.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, or a related field.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in Digital Marketing.
- Autonomous professional with a customer-focused and goal-oriented attitude, coupled with a curious and innovative mindset.
- Solution-driven approach to addressing business challenges and opportunities.
- Excellent analytical and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Hands-on expertise in technical SEO, with a solid understanding of best practices.
- Strong proficiency in Social Media tools, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and Google Ads.
- Fact-based decision-making orientation and ability to analyze data to drive insights.
- Proficiency in verbal and written communication in both English and Spanish, with the ability to communicate effectively with senior executives
