We are in search of a Marketing SpecialistPosition Overview:Results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to lead online campaigns for two dental clinics. This role focuses on generating qualified leads through paid ads and improving organic visibility via SEO.**Key Responsibilities**:- Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns on Google Ads and Meta (Facebook/Instagram).- Conduct SEO audits and implement on-page/off-page improvements.- Create and optimize landing pages for lead conversion.- Track KPIs (CPL, CTR, conversions) and provide monthly performance reports.- Collaborate with front desk staff to ensure lead follow-up is timely and consistent.- A/B test creatives, headlines, and targeting strategies.- Add the clinic to online listings.**Qualifications**:- 2+ years of experience in performance marketing (Google Ads, Meta).- Experience with healthcare or dental marketing preferred.- Solid knowledge of SEO tools (e.g., Ahrefs, SEMrush).- Experience working with CRM systems or lead tracking tools.- Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.- Conversational english (C2)**Soft Skills**:- Proactive communicator- Data-driven decision-maker- Organized and adaptablePay: $25,000.00 - $30,000.00 per monthWork Location: In personExpected Start Date: 19/08/2025
