Human Resources Business Manager

**PROFILE**:
Bachelor (Title)
Conversational English (essential)
HRBP 3-5 years
Experience as a Human Resources Generalist
Experience in project design or implementation
Management of indicators
Operations (Experience with Labor Unions)
drive standard
Availability to travel
HC400-600

**FUNCTIONS**
- Develop, lead and serve as a consultant in all processes that involve the human capital of management focused on continuous improvement in training, development, good practices, retention and attraction of talent, succession plans and labor relations.
- Redefine and validate job descriptions.
- Develop and implement programs that support the processes of recruitment, induction, compensation and training.
- Design and establish strategies related to compensation.
- Redefine and validate job descriptions.
- Support in labor relations processes.
- Implement succession and career plans.
- Assume the commitment to know and comply with the code of ethics, internal regulations, external standards and current operational documentation.
