Description
The HR Analyst coordinates and executes HR operational activities in a fast-paced, demanding
environment with the ability to serve as a strategic partner to supervisors as well as a tactical,
frontline resource.
This position coordinates within the HR plans and executes HR operations activities in the respective country within America North region: talent acquisition, training, organizational culture, change management, employee engagement, internal communications and reporting, and is the voice of the employees to achieve HR strategies.
- Maintains HR activities and programs, such as staffing, onboarding, training and development, engagement projects and events, wellness and internal communication, offboarding, and any other project related to the employee experience.
- Partners with hiring manager(s) to conduct the full cycle recruiting for positions (budget/approvals, job descriptions, job evaluations, recruitment internal/external and direct/indirect, interview processes, tools assignment, integration).
- Design and coordinates new hire orientation to promote an employee experience promoting the leader’s engagement.
- Coordinate the internal communication by aligning the global corporate branding and the
- Regional and local needs, promoting effective channels of communication and measurement.
- Answers employee questions about human resources policies and procedures, payroll, benefits and refers to specialist (CoEs) as needed or escalate to HR Manager as needed.
- Oversees the management of employee information in all HRIS systems relevant to country responsible, SAP, Bamboo HR, etc., and generates ctive solutions to promote the effectiveness of the HR information and processes.
- Training and development design and planning as well as preparation of the management of the Comisión Mixta de Productividad, Capacitación y Adiestramiento, annual planning definition and presentation to the authorities and generation of content for internal continues development. Coordinate, track and deliver training for new hires and employees.
- Through knowledge and compliance with all Federal, State and local laws, employer taxes and any Labor governmental bodies. Manage evidences regarding to the HR role in the company for any internal or external audit. Follows the local compliance processes such as ISO.
- Coordinates HR Vendor relationships, including management and payment requests within budget and in compliance with all Finance procedures, including cost allocation processes.
- Generates business cases and HR analysis and suggestions for the top Management for new projects and/or special requirements evaluations.
- Assist with special projects and HR initiatives as needed. Keep up-to-date with the latest HR trends and best practice.

Lic. en Psicología, Administración o afín.
