Job Description:
Collaborate with innovative 3Mers around the world

As Energy & Electronics Marketing Activation you will play a key role for enable the execution of portfolio marketing plans to acquire and retain demand of our portfolio solutions in the Vertical of Energy & Electronics. In this role you will be able to drive impactful marketing programs, collaborating with multifunctional teams in LATAM (Sales, Portfolio Marketing, Integrated Marketing, Application Engineer, Legal) and globally.

The impact you will make in this role- Lead strategic activation of prioritized demand generation programs (sales rep incentives/contests, competitive share gain promotions, sample/demo requests incentives, new products) and channel programs (channel rep incentives/contests, share gain promotions) for the Energy & Electronics Verticals.- Drive continuous improvement by monitoring and optimizing demand generation programs in collaboration with the Product and/or Integrated Marketer including analysis of marketing and Sales Force analytics.- Lead the strategic implementation of Product Display Pages (PDP) designed by product marketers. Optimizing PDPs for customer engagement and conversion using data insights and best practices.- Lead content management localization, ensuring it meets customer needs, market culture, legal, and compliance requirements (translation to different languages, captions, images, etc).- Implementation of price communications including price changes, product discontinuations and product change notifications

Your Skills and Expertise- Bachelor´s degree concluded, Business and Marketing Education preferred (Marketing degree).- Minimum 2 years of experience in related jobs.- Fluent English (intermediate/advance).

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:
- Affinity for B2B marketing linked to generating business results- Portuguese language will be a differentiation- Organization, communication and collaboration skills- Availability for local country and international travel- Working experience in marketing function or related industry

Work location: This role has on-site working model, with the employee working at least four days a week in the office at Santa Fe, CDMX.
