Activation Marketing SIBG MX

Collaborate with innovative 3Mers around the world

As Activation Marketing you will play a key role in the Marketing Activation Safety Division. In this role you will be able to Manage local marketing calendar for program implementation in the priority segments. Execute demand generation tactics and sales enablement, develop partnership and engagement with strategic areas, provide insights of local market, product performance, analyze customer insights.

The impact you will make in this role:

- You will lead activation of toolkit by campaign and localization (ie regulations, legal, products, standards updates at local level.
- You will drive local end-user database, in partnership with area MC leader and provides end-user expertise.
- You will develop specific tactics to attend local market needs.
- You will demonstrate your empowerment leading marketing activities in multidisciplinary environment
- You will motivate and inspire the sales team to get their goals through marketing activities supporting them.

Your Skills and Expertise
- Graduation in Business and Marketing education (Marketing or Engineering degree) or correlated areas
- Excellence in marketing disciplines (price, portfolio, end-user, channel, communication), experience in B2B.
- Knowledge in customers and market dynamics, analytical capacity to key market trends.
- Knowledge in product portfolio management and preference to take challenges in products with technical requirements.
- Strong skills communication to engage sales teams with products, programs, promotions etc.
- Advanced English
- Available to work in Mexico City

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

- Master's degree is a plus. Experience working with teams in multidisciplinary interaction, background in products than required value proposition and technical demonstration, safety industrial products knowledge.
