**BAT MEXICO IS LOOKING FOR A HR DATA INTERN**

**LOCATION**:MONTERREY

**ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES**

This role is part of Human Resources.

The role is responsible for assisting the budget preparation for salaries in LANCAR.

**Reports to**:HR Data Analyst

**Reporting Level**:Non-Managerial

**Geographic Scope**:LANCAR

**WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR**
- Support in the process of recovery of salary expenses to other countries.
- Interaction with various markets and HRBPS on different issues.
- Performing different calculations of salary expenses, benefits, and social charges.
- Analyze data in Excel.
- Present results of your analysis and results obtained in the process to management.
- Support in the preparation of Headcount tracker of the cluster.

**ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS, AND KNOWLEDGE**
- Studies: Administration, Finance, Economics, International relations, Industrial Engineering
- Fluent English (Advanced)
- Advanced Excel
- Not planning to go on Academic Exchange within the next 12-18 months
- Able to work preferably 5 days a week (30 Hours)
- Have strong analytical skills and good communication skills.
- Organizational skills, ability to prioritize
- Be a proactive person
- Have experience in extracurricular activities during college, such as research, board of directors, leadership groups or exchanges
