As the HR Connection Intern you will be supporting the daily HR related needs of the employees, while being involved in administrative processes and collaborate with the rest of the HR team in initiatives/projects.This internship will provide you with real work experience and it’s a great opportunity to kickstart your career in HR, as a you will learn about a wide range of topics and processes in an international company with top tier HR practices.- Birthday and anniversary celebrations.- Over time and paid time off administration.- Invoice administration.- Act as buddy and HR point of contact for the other interns in the organization.- Car insurance administration.- Onboarding.- Assist with employee file management and support accurate recordkeeping in HR System, ensuring data integrity.- Current student of Psychology, Administration, or related degrees.- To be 1 year apart from your graduation date.- Proficient English Skills.- Time availability of at least 25 hours per week.- Previous experience is not required.- Advanced oral and written communication skills in Spanish and English- Teamwork and collaborative attitude.- Attention to detail.- Highly responsible and proactive attitude.- MS Office intermediate knowledge.
