**More about the role**
This is an exciting job opportunity for you to light the way as a **Labor Relations Specialist **to join our **HR Team** in **Camargo, Chihuahua**. You’ll be responsible to** **manage and improve relations between the company and its employees, ensuring compliance with labor laws and collective bargaining agreements.
- Interprets and explains human resources policies, procedures, plans, and programs, ensuring the understanding of employees and business clients.
- Improves effectiveness of employee engagement activities, with a focus on increasing retention rates.
- Administer labor relations policies and agreements, ensure adherence to established policies and practices.
- Provides consultative advice to people managers regarding labor relations policies and procedures.
- Ensure labor compliance, according to labor law updates/changes.

- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Organizational Psychology, Industrial Engineering or related.
- ** 5-7 years of experience in the area.**
- ** Proficient in English - business conversations.**
- ** Experience in global manufacturing organizations and s**trong knowledge in Mexican Labor Law.**
- ** Solid skills in conflict resolutions/negotiations.**
- ** Position is to be based in Camargo, Chihuahua**
