**Pay Grade/Pay Rate: Hourly - Commensurate with performance & experience**

**Brief Description**:
Responsible for receiving, analyzing, entering & storing data for quotes & orders. Works closely with all departments, DSM’s, customers & other plant locations.

**Job Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Includes, but is not limited to the following:

- Work with Excel, Word, PDF Software & NMBS OIS & JEDI systems
- Data entry and importing for preparing quotes & setting up new orders.
- Electronic filing & organization of quotes and project files

**Required**
- Good computer skills
- Good communication skills - both written & verbal in English
- Strong math skills
- Working accurately & efficiently under pressure to meet deadlines
- Organized with the ability to multi-task
- Self-motivated & results driven

**Preferred**
- Minimum of a 2-year degree or 2-year office related work
