It’s a big challenge, and we’re up to it - are you? **How you will contribute**: The Content Quality Assurance Specialist is responsible for proofing/editing/ and quality controlling websites and monthly blog post proposals for our customers produced by our creative team before client review and approvals. This includes reviewing spelling, grammar, punctuation, and syntax in written content related to the medical field and technical aspects related to on-site SEO optimization, such as meta descriptions, meta titles, meta tags, and keywords. Specific responsibilities include proofreading and editing the content if necessary, as well as communicating any changes to the Website and SEO managers in charge of the content. Other aspects of the role include verifying that cases are created correctly and contain all the information necessary to work. The ideal Content Quality Assurance Specialist has exceptional written English skills, strong proofreading skills, an eye for detail, and most importantly, production quality control in reviewing various written files. Each website has multiple pages, more than 5000 words, and we manage around 4 per week. You’ll work directly with the Website designers.. You will also give feedback to the different departments and ensure that our content specialists know once the proofreading is done.
