**Join Our Team as a Sales Support Agent at Equivity**

**Your Impact**

In this role at Equivity, you'll support the procedures necessary for a successful sale. Your contributions will help us streamline processes, ensure efficiency, and maintain compliance, which will ultimately drive our success and growth in the industry.

**What You’ll Do**:

- Assist in generating and qualifying leads, including data entry, CRM management, and follow-up.
- Conduct telemarketing activities, including cold calling, to identify potential clients and generate interest in our services.
- Coordinate the preparation, review, and execution of transaction documents, contracts, and agreements.
- Develop and maintain standardized processes and workflows to streamline lead management, client onboarding, and transaction coordination.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and office policies related to documentation and record-keeping.
- Collaborate with brokers and business analysts to refine and enhance business processes, identifying areas for optimization and automation.
- Develop and maintain processes and workflows to improve the efficiency of lead management, client onboarding, and transaction coordination.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Experience in Sales or Administrative role, with a focus on telemarketing, sales, or cold calling.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
