**Logistics Customer Service Representative**
TForce Worldwide is now hiring English-speaking customer service representatives to become part of our logistics team located on the scenic route at the border of Tijuana and Rosarito. The employees will work closely with the management and sales team to service multiple accounts with their supply chain needs.
**We offer**
- Mostly - Monday through Friday work hours - 7 am to 5 pm
- Paid U.S. holidays OFF
- No delay payment
**Requirements**:
- Prefer college degree in business
- Fluent in English. Can speak, read and write in English (90%).
- Trainableand carreer minded attitude
- Hard worker
- Reliable transportation to work
- On the job training provided
**Purpose of Job**
- Collaborate with vendors and internal and external customers to track shipments.
- Book and build out Bill of Landings.
- Collect and manage of invoicing from carriers and customers.
- Ensure data integrity from the start of the load to the billing cycle is closed.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by supervisory personnel.

Contract duration: 6 months, can lead to full time employment
