In the Jr Tech role, the main responsibilities include providing advice and support to end-users, answering queries, and addressing system and user issues promptly and professionally.

**Responsibilities and functions**
- Keeping inventory accurate and assessing the requirement for IT equipment
- Managing laptop/desktop imaging and configuration, desk setups, equipment distribution, and collection
- Work with supplier warranty to repair IT equipment
- Attend the resolution of doubts or requests for information from the users
- Resolve basic tickets
- Provide maintenance on equipment, including:

- Hardware parts replacement
- Software installations and updates
- Physical maintenance of equipment
- Backup information
- Structured cable basic troubleshooting
- Telephony basic support
- If needed, move equipment from one location to another
- Other IT-related functions and projects as requested

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree
- Upper-intermediate English level
- Specialized knowledge:

- Basic experience in Helpdesk IT at Call Center
- Service Now knowledge or any other ticket-handling system
- Remote desktop software
- Computer Knowledge: MS Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Forms (Advanced)
- Experience: 1 year in similar roles (Desirable)
