As IT Technician Dispatch role, the main activities are **resolve entry level tickets, classify, and assign them, answer calls from users and route the ticket to the proper areas.****Job responsibilities and functions**- Route tickets to the proper areas and techs.- Answer incoming calls from users.- Resolve basic tickets- Document and update the proper documentation- Participate in IT projects. (Re-Image´s.
