Experiência:

- Más de 4 liderando equipos.
- Experiência en perfiles como data, medios, marketing, TI.
- Manejo de 300 a 500 personas.
- Adquisición de Talento: Regional, Local, Hub de EU
- Gestión de talento humano: Llevar toda la parte bajas, contrataciones, evaluaciones, procesos HR, desarrollo organizacional, aplicación de políticas.
- Mejora continua del área y procesos para los colaboradores.
- Capacitación: a los equipos de trabajo.

**Requisitos**:

- Ingles Avanzado (Indispensable)
- Paquetería de Office Avanzado (Indispensable)
- Lic. concluida (Indispensable)
- Implementación de ERP para reclutamiento y administración del personal.
- Portugués (deseable)
