We are hiring **"Help Desk Analyst"** **Skills/experience required.** - 3- years+ of desktop support experience. - Enterprise level experience in Windows 10 Office 365, and Office 2016. - Experience with remote desktop management. - A solid understanding of basic TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and other network fundamentals. - Strong written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail. - Excellent customer service skills. - Energetic, highly self-motivated, and able to work effectively with team members. **+English mandatory** **Salary**: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per month
