The VM Finance Management Analyst provides clients vendor finance management and governance services, support for Contract Set-Up (On-boarding) Services, and various defined Operational Support Services as defined in the Avasant VMaaS Service Catalog according to the specific requirements for which the client has contracted to satisfy.

**Experience and required skills**
- 1 to 3 years of experience in similar positions
- Bachelor's degree
- Collaborative approach and effective communication with internal teams, suppliers and customers
- Excellent customer service
- Fluency in English (at least 90% written and spoken)
- Proficient user of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)
- Available to work remotely

**Responsibilities**
- Monitors contract performance and reports findings to clients.
- Manage contract change requests and queries from clients and vendors
- Uploading and archiving Contract document data.
- Liaises with suppliers and customers to resolve routine contractual issues and escalates more complex issues.
- Advises suppliers and customers on routine contract management issues in line with the terms and conditions of contract and relevant policies.
