The main goal is to provide exceptional customer service, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction in all interactions. This includes handling inquiries, claims, and providing information about products or services.
- **Responsibilities and Functions**:_
- **Interaction Recording**: Accurately and completely log all interactions with customers to maintain a detailed history and facilitate effective follow-up.
- **Service Goals Compliance**: Meet established performance objectives in terms of service quality, response times, and customer satisfaction.
- **Training and Development**: Participate in ongoing training programs to improve customer service skills and stay updated on the company's products and services
- **Position Requirements**:_
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a call center or direct consumer service environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to handle difficult situations or challenging customers in a professional and empathetic manner.
- Skill in using Office software and learning software used by the company.
- Active listening skills and the ability to empathize with customers to understand their needs and concerns.
