The Procure to Pay Manager will be responsible for directing and overseeing the daily management of the accounts payable and procurement staff. The role is also responsible for service delivery of all Ingredion Mexico and South America invoices from receipt through payment and vendor inquiry support, as well as daily US, Mexico and South America purchasing support activities for SAP, Ariba, vendor master maintenance, material master maintenance and Concur administration.

Core Responsibilities:

- Manages P2P KPI’s and ensures the attainment of SLA’s.
- Ensures company policies and procedures are being adhered to as they pertain to the Procure to Pay process.
- Ensures the accuracy of the entire P2P process as it relates to vendor payment, processing of purchase orders, receiving invoices, payment of invoices and communication with vendors and internal customers.
- Identifies areas of continuous improvement and manages work on required solutions.
- Develops work plans, identifies data needs, and successfully interprets analytic insights.
- Ability to manage and lead large teams.
- Ability to organize, schedule and successfully manage multiple priorities.
- Strong SAP background.
- Extensive proven experience in Procure to Pay Processes.
- Minimum four years of high-volume P2P experience with at least two years of supervisory experience.
