**Responsibilities**:
- Develop, monitor, and optimize automation flows (welcome, cart abandonment, win-back, post-purchase, etc.)
- Collaborate with copywriters, designers, and strategists to create compelling messages
- Maintain campaign and content calendars in ClickUp (or similar PM tools)
- Use Klaviyo (or similar ESP) to build segments, manage deliverability, and track performance
- Conduct A/B tests and leverage insights for ongoing campaign optimization
- Report on key performance metrics and provide data-driven recommendations
- Ensure compliance with GDPR, CAN-SPAM, and maintain list hygiene
- Support loyalty programs, upsell flows, and other retention strategies
**Qualifications**:
- Strong experience with Klaviyo or similar ESP platforms
- Familiarity with SMS tools such as Attentive or Postscript
- Proven skills in segmentation, automation, and performance reporting
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with creative teams
- Basic knowledge of lifecycle marketing and customer journey mapping
- Bonus: experience with Figma or Canva for design support
**Tools You’ll Use**:

- Attentive / Postscript
- ClickUp (project management)
- Google Analytics / GA4
- Google Sheets or Airtable (reporting)
