**Job Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:
1. Implementation Support:

- Collaborate with clients to understand their specific needs and requirements.
- Analysis of workflows and product pricing matrixes to identify the most efficient ways in which to translate those processes to our platform.
- Work closely with internal teams to configure and customize the platform to meet client expectations. This includes adapting existing excel and word files and documents.

2. **Training and Support**:

- Engage with clients to provide comprehensive training on how their offerings were implemented into the platform.
- Address client inquiries and concerns promptly, offering effective solutions to any issues or concerns.
- Act as a point of contact for ongoing support, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.

3. **Documentation**:

- Create and maintain detailed documentation of client configurations and customizations.
- Develop user manuals and training materials to facilitate the onboarding process.

4. **Quality Assurance**:

- Conduct thorough testing of the platform, including during deployment of new features to ensure functionality and help resolve any issues.
- Work with the development team to communicate bugs and improvements identified during implementation.
- Collaborate with Sales team to provide insights and recommendations for that can enhance the implementation process.

**Requirements**:

- Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- English fluency at a professional level, both written and verbal.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective client engagement.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
- Customer service-oriented mindset with a focus on client satisfaction.
- Detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.

**Exercise: mapping onto Excel**

TopSeguros is an insurance company that plans on selling Boat Insurance through Loro. To determine whether a client can be insured, they need an answer to the following questions:

- What is the vessel length (in feet)?
- Is there a paid captain?
- If there is a paid captain, is he a Part-time Captain or a Full-time captain?
- Are there any paid crew members used while navigating?
- If there are paid crew members, how many?

Based on the answers, TopSeguros is either allowed or not to issue the policy. Here are the conditions to be met in order for the policy to be sold (if any condition is not met, TopSeguros is not allowed to sell insurance to the client):

- Vessels 0-65 feet in length: No restrictions.
- Vessels which exceed 65 feet but 70 feet or less in length are required to have a paid part time captain, paid permanent full time captain or a crew member while navigating.
- Vessels which exceed 70 feet but are 80 feet or less in length are required to have a paid full time permanent captain.
- Vessels which exceed 80 feet in length are required to have a full time permanent paid captain and one paid crew member at all times.

**To-do**:Create an excel file where I can input the answers from the questions I ask prospective insureds and an excel cell tells me 'OK' if I can sell insurance or 'Restricted' if I am not permitted to sell an insurance policy. There are many possible ways to build the Excel file.

Pay: $25,000.00 - $35,000.00 per month
