**Company Description**:
At Cerby, it's our goal to make everyone feel at home and cared for. We seek a People Experience Specialist to design and run the Cerbenaut’s experience.

This is a full-time position based in Guadalajara, Mexico.

What you will do:

- Act as an ambassador for Cerby in all your interactions.
- Design and execute Cerby’s diversity strategy.
- Own the onboarding process of new Cerbenauts.
- Collaborate with other People Operations team members on the implementation and continuous improvement of People processes and policies.
- Own all Cerby events, both virtual and in-person.
- Manage Cerby’s relationship with vendors and other external parties.
- Support Cerby’s Talent Acquisition process.
- Design and execute Training Programs.

**Qualifications**:
What we are looking for:

- Experience in similar roles.
- Ability to work across internal and external teams.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish.
- Ability to collaborate with distributed teams.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Experience in customer service.
- Experience managing sensitive information.
