The Role
As a Senior Administrative Assistant at AspenTech, you will play a crucial role in supporting senior executives and the administrative team. You will be responsible for handling a wide range of administrative and office tasks with a high degree of efficiency, professionalism, and confidentiality. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, strong attention to detail, excellent communication capabilities, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Your Impact
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to senior executives, including calendar management, travel arrangements, expense reporting, and meeting coordination.
- Coordinate and organize meetings, conferences, and events, including logistics, scheduling, and material preparation.
- Assist with preparing and distributing meeting agendas, minutes, and follow-up actions.
- Conduct research, compile data, and prepare reports or presentations as requested.
- Maintain and update various databases, records, and filing systems.
- Act as a liaison between internal departments and external stakeholders, maintaining professional and effective communication.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion while always maintaining strict confidentiality at all times.
- Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and contribute to a positive work environment.
What You'll Need
- Proven experience as a senior administrative assistant or executive assistant in a corporate setting.
- Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact professionally with individuals at all levels of the organization. Translator experience is a plus.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience with ERP systems, particularly Workday, is a plus.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and demands.
- A proactive and self-motivated attitude, with a willingness to take initiative and assume additional responsibilities when needed.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
