A well-established tax and accounting firm, known for delivering trusted tax guidance and personalized financial services, the organization serves a diverse client base and prides itself on accuracy, integrity, and exceptional client care is seeking an Administrative Assistant (Accounting) to support its growing team and ensure smooth, efficient daily operations. 

The Administrative Assistant will play a key role in supporting accounting processes, managing documentation, coordinating client communications, and keeping the office running seamlessly during busy tax cycles. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented professional who enjoys working in a structured environment, values client service, and is looking to grow within a respected U.S.-based financial services firm.

What You'll Do

Phone Management: Handle incoming and outgoing calls professionally, including client inquiries and redirections.Accounts Receivable (A/R) Calls: Conduct A/R communications, including client follow-ups on payments and invoice queries.Appointment Setting: Coordinate and schedule appointments for clients and staff, managing calendars effectively.Document Organization: Maintain order in electronic filing systems, ensuring easy and accurate document access.Administrative Support: Assist in administrative tasks such as data entry, report preparation, and correspondence handling.Client Interaction: Act as a point of contact for clients, providing exemplary customer service and ensuring client satisfaction.

What You Need

3-5+ years of experience in an administrative assistant role in professional services environments such as accounting, Tax firms, and legal practices. (Is a must)Strong organizational and multitasking skills.Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software, such as Slack and CRM toolsA proactive problem-solving approach and meticulous attention to detail.A high school diploma is required; additional qualifications in administrative services are advantageous. A 4-year college degree is beneficial.

Salary & Perks

Competitive SalaryThis is a full-time, long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with TLNT.Work from home.Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (+/- 1 hour accepted) - PST.Additional perks.
