Account Executive

You will be expected to strategically develop relationships with existing and new customers, getting to know and understand their organizational structures and decision-makers, both gaining a deep grasp of their needs and requirements as well as actively shaping them. You will take responsibility for this and seek solutions in collaboration with the relevant colleagues in the Mexico and Latin America to place, promote, and sell Parcel Lockers.
The acquisition of new customers and projects is the main focus of your activity.
Essential Duties/Responsibilities
- The development of proposals for Parcel Delivery Lockers
- Conducting of contract negotiations and independent conclusion of new business.
- Regular sales planning, collaboration on annual budgeting and multi-year planning
- The preparation of regular sales reports.
Desired Skills and Experience
Required Skills & Experience
- You have demonstrated success in sales in one of these three segments: Corporate and Retail marketplace, Logistics, Property Management industry
- A background that includes technical education in the areas of shipping and logistics, IT or automation technology, etc.
- You have experience and success in consultative sales and are skillful in selling complex technical solutions (hardware + software)
- You are able to work independently and are a self-starter with good negotiation skills and assertiveness
- You are creative in developing your own solutions to complex tasks
- You are experienced in working and maintaining excellent relationships with customers in large organizations
- Willingness to travel (+25 %)
