**Minimum Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
- At least 5 years of experience in the Human Resources field
- At least 1 year in the Human Resources Generalist position
- Working knowledge of the major functional areas of HR including recruiting/staffing, policy administration, employee relations, benefits/payroll administration, and state and federal employment laws including but not limited to FMLA, COBRA, ADA, USERRA
- Excellent communication (spoken, written, and presentation) skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
- Working knowledge of HRIS systems
- Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred

- Ability to communicate with, support and maintain relationships with employees across all levels of the organization
- Strong project and program management skills to include planning and execution
- Ability to deal with competing priorities and to manage time appropriately
- Ability to maintain an extremely high level of confidentiality
