**Job Summary**:
The Human Resources Generalist is responsible for performing HR-related duties on a professional level and works closely with HR manager and onsite leadership. This position takes ownership of the following functional areas: Recruitment, HRIS, Training, HR Metrics and Reporting, Compensation and Benefits, ILC Dover Orientation and Organizational Exits. This position is also responsible for supporting HR manager in the following functional areas: Employee relations, Performance Management, Policy Implementation and Employment Law Compliance.

**Responsibilities**:

- Participates and coordinates the full recruitment life cycle (at all levels of the organization) from job analysis exercises; review and posting of job deEscrituraions; selection and coordination with team members to create a competitive recruitment and retention program
- Development of the annual training plan, responsible for monitoring and compliance with regulations by the STPS as applicable (DC1, DC2, DC3, DC4). Responsible for training matrix.
- Facilitates and maintain company HRIS system to enhance HR programs and offering
- Manages and reports to the HR Manager on key HR metrics and on tracking mechanisms for example: staff lists, shift changes, site vacation reports, performance review compliance and so forth, absenteeism, attrition, TTF, etc.
- Works with HR Manager to identify and implement retention strategies, including recognition programs, growth, and promotional opportunities in alignment with ILC Dover corporate policies
- Lead HR representative on all Employee Relations Issue for hourly/Salaried work force
- Supports HR Manager to manage exit programs, including, voluntary exits, involuntary exits and development of actions plans
- Consults with line management, providing HR guidance when appropriate
- Recommends new approaches, policies, and procedures to continually improve efficiency of the department and services performed
- Maintains compliance with employment and benefits laws and regulations
- Supports HR Manager on current & future projects.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field; plus at least 3 years + of experience in an HR Generalist role.
- High level ability to create presentations, charts, graphs, and spreadsheets
- C&B strong knowledge
- Ability to exercise good judgment and strong decision-making capability in a variety of situations
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point)
- Bilingual English/Spanish
