TTI, Inc., is in search of our next superstar Customer Service Coordinator for our Mexico Global Resource Center located in Guadalajara, Mexico. This role provides support to various internal stakeholders based on established activities. This role will directly support our Washington branch. Bilingual in Spanish & English Required.

**_ What our Branch Product Coordinator do:_**
- Manage the renewal of supplier and distributor agreements, ensuring that terms are upto date.
- Track and coordinate the renewal of design registrations, ensuring continued access to
special pricing and supplier support for registered designs.
- Assist in renewing quote buy agreements, ensuring pricing and contract terms are
reviewed and aligned with customer and supplier expectations. Maintain records of
quote buy agreements, ensuring timely follow-up and renewals as needed.
- Perform general administrative tasks, including data entry and updating system records
to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Provide clerical support, such as organizing documentation and managing
correspondence related to product management activities.
- Collaborates and develop effective and efficient remote work communication with the
Branch product team.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.

**What we look for**:
- Bilingual English/Spanish proficiency is required with excellent verbal and written

communication skills in English & Spanish.
- Capable of learning and retaining working knowledge of product lines and services

and company policies, procedures, and computer systems.
- Ability to perform alpha and numeric filing, and data entry.
- Ability to read and comprehend general instructions, correspondence, and memos.
- Possesses strong problem-solving and organizational skills.Ability to use the

computer system proficiently.
- Knowledge of, or the ability to learn company product lines, services, policies, and

procedures.
- Must have good telephone etiquette and ability to write routine business

correspondence.
- Ability to type 40 words per minute.
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide units of measure.
- Able to compute rate, ratios, and percentages.
