**Key Responsibilities**
- Conduct market research to discover emerging trends and uncover new business prospects.
- Maintain and manage CRM records, ensuring accurate tracking of leads and interactions.
- Assess and categorize prospects based on their level of interest and suitability.
- Follow up with leads, arrange sales meetings, and present company services.
- Lead negotiations and successfully close business deals.
- Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities in Mexico and the U.S.
- Analyze sales data to refine strategies and improve performance.
- Work closely with the marketing team to enhance lead generation initiatives.
- Consistently achieve and exceed monthly sales objectives.
**Qualifications & Skills**
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Business, or a related field.
- Experience in sales, business development, or lead generation.
- Background in telemarketing, sales, or customer service (preferably in B2B or technology industries).
- Demonstrated expertise in prospecting, sales engagement, and deal closure.
- Strong knowledge of lead generation methods and sales strategies.
- **Fluency in English (C1 or native) and Spanish**—both spoken and written.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms and digital prospecting tools.
- Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation abilities.
- Highly proactive, results-driven, and capable of managing multiple prospects simultaneously.
- Skilled in handling objections and navigating complex sales discussions.
