Are you interested in international business? Do you want to be a part of a dynamic supply chain environment? If so, this is a great opportunity for you CellMark Packaging Division is looking to expand our team of Customer Service Representatives.
CellMark is an international marketing company, with expertise in the pulp and paper industry. CellMark operates in over 65 offices in 30 countries, with Novato being its regional headquarters.
As a Customer Service Representative, you will provide administrative support to our Global Sales and Customer Service Team.
Responsibilities would include, but are not limited to:
- Handling inquiries from traders, customers, and suppliers.
- Order processing.
- Coordinating documentation/invoicing and logistics.
- Troubleshoot problems encountered during the various stages of the supply chain.
**Requirements**:
- Valid American Visa
- Complete vaccination schedule
- Fluent in English (it will be several English interviews in the process)
Knowledge Required:
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience; Customer service / logistics/ supply chain experience in the commodity and / or transportation industries is a plus
- Strong computer skills (MS Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Skill Requirements:
- Highly organized and responsible with impeccable attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication, analytical and time management skills
- Enthusiastic self-starter, who can work independently but also thrive in a team environment
- Passion for providing excellent service
- Problem / solution oriented
- Results driven
- Multi-lingual (Spanish) would be an asset
WE OFFER:
- Range gross salary from $ 20,000 to 25,000 per month according to experience and skills.
- Fulltime job, from 8:30 am to 6 pm. (on site job)
- Workplace ubicated in Insurgentes Sur, Metrobus AltaVista, near to Plaza Inn, México City.
