As a **Business Development Manager**, you will be part of the Coating Services Business Development Team and you will hunt for, engage, contract, and develop new customers nationwide. You will report to Bussiness Development Director and work with CSV’s commercial and operations teams and with other PPG Teams such as Auto OEM, Mobility and APA. - We support hybrid work, and you will work part of your time each month in our office and visiting customers._ #LI-Hybrid. **Key Responsibilities** - You will develop and implement customer relationship penetration strategies - You will Identify new sales opportunities and build winning value propositions using both CSV and PPG’s portfolio - You will partner with regional commercial teams to prospect and win opportunities - You will understand customer values, competitive landscape, and PPG’s relative advantages - You will coordinate PPG’s support of customer launches and issue resolution **Qualifications** - Sell to new customers /markets - Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business - 5+ years of customer facing commercial experience - Intermediate English, capable to understand and contribute to business conversations. - Travel >50% domestic - Prior coatings experience - Experience selling to the Automotive, Industrial Manufacturing, or Mobility industries - Cultural sensitivity - ability to sell to a diverse customer base across many regions You will have benefits: Health Insurance, Life Insurance. **About us**: **PPG: WE PROTECT AND BEAUTIFY THE WORLD** **The PPG Way** Every single day at PPG: **We partner with customers to create mutual value.** **We are "One PPG" to the world.** **We trust our people every day, in every way.** **We make it happen.** **We run it like we own it.** **We do better today than yesterday - everyday.** Benefits will be discussed with you by your recruiter during the hiring process.
