Business Manager Chevrolet Sales

El Business Manager tiene la responsabilidad territorial de la administración de los Acuerdos de Ventas y Servicios que existen entre GM y sus concesionarios. A menudo actúan como consultores de los concesionarios y trabajan en colaboración con ellos en el desarrollo y la implementación de sus planes comerciales. Pueden estar involucrados en una variedad de iniciativas que incluyen: desarrollo e implementación de iniciativas de marketing, retención de clientes, exhibición de productos, análisis financiero y capacitación.
**Responsabilidades**:
- Actuar como enlace entre GM, sus concesionario
- Facilitar la tutoría y la consultoría para garantizar que se cumplan los objetivos de ventas y servicios mensuales / anuales
- Seguimiento del Índice de Satisfacción del Cliente (CSI) u otros comentarios de los clientes para identificar y abordar deficiencias u oportunidades
- Ayudar en el lanzamiento de productos para garantizar un marketing y una publicidad optimizados entre el distribuidor, y GM
- Crear y gestionar relaciones
- Monitorear la capacitación del personal y garantizar el cumplimiento de los requisitos / objetivos de GM
- Asistir con la gestión de inventario, incluyendo pedidos de vehículos
- Analizar las ventas de los concesionarios, el mercado local y la competencia para identificar los ingresos oportunidades
- Aumentar las ventas de vehículos y piezas de GM a sus clientes
- Ayudar en la resolución de problemas del cliente
- Realizar otras tareas relacionadas según lo asignado

**Experiência**:
- 3 años de experiência en ventas
**Conocimiento y Habilidades**:
- Conocimientos y experiência en procesos de Administración, Comercialización, Finanzas, Mercadotecnia y Operación de distribuidores.
- Comunicación efectiva Poder de persuasión
- Enfoque total en obtención de resultados (ventas).
- Estándares corporativos de operaciones de ventas
- Programas de ventas e incentivos
- Portafolio de productos de General Motors
- Negociación
- Capacidad de análisis
- Habilidad para dar seguimiento a las necesidades, requerimientos, propuestas y problemas de los distribuidores
- Toma de decisiones
- Habilidades de comunicación oral y escrita
- Relaciones interpersonales, trabajo en equipo, sentido de urgencia, Persuasión y con satisfacción al cliente.
