**Objective**

Support the Transformation area with the management of the strategic initiatives for Nemak Americas in terms of Project Management, Change Management and Process Modeling.

**Main Responsibilities**
- Change Management, Project Management, experience leading teams, Oral communication, participation in extracurricular activities and exta-academical activities (mesa directiva, organización de eventos de la carrera, etc.

**Position Requirements**
- Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Administration Engineering, Organizational Psychology
- Change Management basic knowledge (awareness), Project Management.
- Communication (oral and written) skills required
- Proactive & Organized
- Higly driven
- English proficient required
- Spanish proficient desired
