Responsible for lead projects and manage change management strategy for Nemak.**Main Responsibilities**- Lead the projects that are part of the strategic priorities of the region, as part of our strategic architecture of the transformation Roadmap- Manage change management strategy and accompaniment for the leaders of these strategies.- Support the strategic planning process.**Position Requirements**- Bachelor’s degree (engineering or related careers as projects management, Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology)- Interpersonal communication skills, negotiation and conflict resolution skills, high sense of responsibility, strategic thinking, adaptation to change.- Certification in Change Management- Certification in Project Management- Strategic mindset & global perspective- English 100%- At least 2 years in positions with similar challenges.- At Nemak, Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (D&I) play a fundamental role in everything we do and are the underlying platform on which our culture is built.
