The primary role will be supporting the North America VIPRE Sales organization with a heavy concentration in creating/maintaining Salesforce reporting and dashboards and overseeing the monthly sales commission process.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Collaborate with cross functional departments (finance, data teams, etc.) to ensure accurate pipeline and reliability of the Salesforce CRM data
- Generate regular and ad-hoc metric analysis for Sales Leadership Team to monitor performance across a range of key business drivers and sales team performance
- Support the overall sales Variable Compensation process, which includes but is not limited to working with Sales teams in configuring plans, rolling out commission plan documents, maintaining the monthly Variable Compensation files to ensure that all data required (i.e. commission rates, quotas, bookings, crediting rules) for all plan participants are accurate
- Participate as required, in developing and delivering training materials on commission policies, and processes to sales teams
- Research and resolve any variable compensation payout disputes and process any payout adjustment requests, recalculate Variable Compensation, validate for accuracy
- Minimum of 3-5 years of work experience in data, analytics, or sales operations-based roles preferred
- Salesforce CRM Dashboard and report creation experience
- Familiarity with bookings data, commission quota, and excel formulas for commission calculations (vlookups, index matching, etc)
- Highly motivated, self-starter, strategic/analytical thinker with a “can-do” attitude, flexibility to accommodate evolving business needs and a keen eye for details
- Experience using MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint)
- Confident individual with enthusiasm and aptitude to create catalog & optimize
- Ability to identify issues and recommend meaningful and creative action plans
