**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Work with the IT team to set up and maintain the company’s hardware, networks, and software.
- Be able to upgrade, install and configure new hardware and software based on company needs.
- Have an understanding of how software licensing works, particularly software used in creative and post-production.
- Create user accounts and manage access control of users.
- Document processes, create back-ups for data, and develop data security, recovery, and retrieval procedures.
- Be able to troubleshoot, perform diagnostic tests, and optimize computer systems. Be able to fix software when it is not working.
- Provide general IT support and keep up to date with the latest advancements, technologies, and best practices in IT administration.
- Support the IT head as needed

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Bachelor’s degree in Multimedia Arts, Film Production, Information Technology, Computer Science or related field
- Experience in general IT administration, and monitoring and maintaining systems and software, including cloud-based software (e.g. GSuite administration, BetterCloud, Adobe Creative Cloud, etc.)
- Have a solid understanding of how software licensing works.
- Experience performing IT administration for an agency or multimedia production company, or administering IT in a post-production environment is a plus.
- Knowledge in IT support of post-production and filmmaking software (e.g. Nuke)
- Experience installing and plugins using Adobe Creative Suite, Autodesk Maya Flame, Maxon C4d
- Experience installing/managing After Effect plug-ins
- Experience setting up managing Post Workflow / Pipelines
