Job Details:
Manufacturing Engineer

Job Summary:
Develops and improves manufacturing processes by studying product and manufacturing methods

Job duties:

- Assures product and process quality by designing inspection/testing methods; testing finished
- product and process capabilities; establishing standards; confirming manufacturing processes.
- Maintains product and process data base by writing computer programs; entering data and reports
- Supports new product development and helps ensure a smooth transition into production
- Development and Implement Manufacturing process job Instruction (SOP)
- Develops and executes common machine shop practices, fixture design and assembly techniques
- Provide Engineering support to Operation to meet delivery, quality and cost targets.
- Optimize the manufacturing methods (Continuous improvements).
- Root cause analysis of any Manufacturing Problem to find and establish the best solution to meet with Time, Cost and safety.
- Ability to make proposal cost reduction projects.
- Qualification and validation of all new operations and processes including DOEs, validation protocol writing, execution, data analysis and executive summary reports
- Prepares product and process reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends..
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed

Minimum Job Requirements:

- Engineering bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Electronics, Electro mechanics, or equivalent
- Knowledge on Solidworks and AutoCAD software
- Must have a minimum of 2+ years of experience as Manufacturing engineer.
- Development and Implement Manufactory process document (SOP, ECO’s, Deviation)
- Solid understanding and ability to use Microsoft Office Tools (Outlook, Word, Excel, Project, Visio, PowerPoint, and SharePoint).
- Solid skills in writing and executing engineering studies, validation protocols, final reports, etc
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish
- Knowledge on Lean Manufacturing Tools
- Advance Problem-Solving Methodology (8D, A3 THINKING, PDCA, Q.C Story, Kaizen
- Follow up Costumer Compliance CAR’s
- Daily Management activities.
