We are looking for a **Inside Sales Representative & Lead Qualifier** to join our team immediately.

As a real estate developer, we source our own projects off-market. One of the ways we find these sellers is by cold calling them, and we make millions of cold calls a month

An Inside Sales Representative & Lead Qualifier helps grow our business by cold calling leads, qualify them, entering these leads within our CRM, and ensuring that no lead goes unnoticed.

**On a day-to-day basis, you will**:

- Cold call potential leads.
- Verify and qualify leads.
- Make a good first impression and establish a relationship with warm leads.
- Hand off qualified leads to the Acquisition Manager.
- Enter data about leads and conversations into Salesforce.
- Perform administrative duties as required.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in sales, especially cold calling.
- Experience using Salesforce, another CRM, or an ability to learn.
- Fluent English communication skills.
- A dedicated and quiet home office with a reliable internet connection.
