We are looking for an IT Service Desk Agent Mexico.
IT Service Desk Agent Mexico.
EXPERIENCE:
- 3 Years’ Experience in IT Service Desk.
- Bi-lingual (Spanish and English). 100% Fluent.
- Basic familiarity with Data Center IT Equipment.
- The position is home based. Preference is Mexico City or Cancun/Riviera Maya.
- Highly efficient in Microsoft Office especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Residential Call Center Help Desk Agent: The Service Desk Agent working in a call center is responsible for providing superior quality services to or global clients.
- Receive the incoming Service Request and responsible for organizing the onsite technical support and guidance as per the policies and procedures of the organization.
- Expected to exceed the clients' expectations in terms of responsiveness, Service Levels as well as accuracy standards. Responsible for maintaining high levels of professionalism and maintain updates with various organizational procedures.
- Attend daily ticket review meetings, reviewing the status and performance and making sure that the organizational objectives and goals are being achieved.
- Essential Skills
The Service Desk Agent must have a friendly vibrant presence with excellent interpersonal communication skills combined with a helpful attitude. Good telephonic and analytical skills, with multitasking ability during pressure situations will surely prove to be an advantage. Expected be able to work independently with minimum supervision, flexible, adaptable, and should be able to demonstrate enthusiasm and add confidence to the Customer Experience.
