**What would you bring to the team?**:
As a Visual Specialist focused on production design, you will support global marketing initiatives by creating brand-aligned visual assets within a structured and regulated design system. This role involves producing high-quality deliverables across digital and print formats using established templates, ensuring brand consistency, accessibility, and compliance.
**Responsibilities**:
- Deliver production-ready assets with mínimal creative input, incorporating feedback from senior designers and marketing leads.
- Ensure visuals meet accessibility standards and align with brand and legal compliance requirements.
- Collaborate with creative leads and offshore teams to manage a high volume of deliverables and maintain quality under tight timelines.

**Must-have Skills**:
- 2-3 years of experience in visual or graphic design, preferably in a high-volume production environment.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
- Familiarity with digital, print, and editorial formats.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow templates and style guides.
- Basic understanding of accessibility and inclusive design principles.
- Organized, reliable, and comfortable working within systems and under direction.
- Experience managing shifting priorities and multitasking in fast-paced environments.
- Collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills and experience working across diverse teams and business units
**Nice to have**:
- Familiarity with content management platforms such as AEM.
- Familiarity with collaborative design platforms such as Figma.
- Familiarty
- Experience in highly regulated industries (financial, pharma, legal).
- Understanding of marketing workflows and collaborative review cycles.
- Interest in brand governance and production quality assurance.
