Weekends Maintenance Coordinator

**About us**:
Baltimore’s go-to for real estate investment and property management with 10+ years of insight, delivering turnkey solutions from renovations to full-service management. We’re hiring a **Maintenance Coordinator** to manage utility setups/disconnections, billing, and owner communications for our growing portfolio.
**Salary**:$1,100 - $1,200 USD (monthly) + paid time off & paid personal days
**Roles and Responsibilities**:
- Diagnosing and triaging work orders to vendors or in-house teams. Scheduling maintenance with contractors and coordinating tenant visits.
- Recording and auditing contractor invoices, ensuring accurate financial records.
- Informing clients of repair completion, including photos and tenant feedback.
- Centralizing maintenance calls and training tenants on effective issue reporting.
- Implementing contractor scheduling on designated days for cost-effectiveness.
**Skills**:
- Analytical, solutions-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving skills and high attention to detail/accuracy.
- Highly organized self-starter; able to prioritize, multitask, and manage competing deadlines in fast-paced environments.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, including a confident, professional phone presence.
- Customer-focused and adaptable to different personalities and situations.
- Tech-savvy: proficient with **Buildium, LeadSimple, Propertymeld, Google Drive, and Microsoft Access**.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, or related field (preferred).
- 3+ years of experience in property management, Customer service, or related role
- Advanced English (written and spoken) required.
- High-speed wired internet connection (200 mbps min.)
- Windows 10/11 or Mac (4 GB RAM, Intel i5 or similar)
**Setting**:Remote
**Schedule**: Saturday - Wednesday 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM EST
Pay: $20,415.00 - $22,280.00 per month
**Experience**:
