**Summary**
We are seeking a dedicated Property Maintenance Coordinator to join our team in Chicago. This role is crucial in supporting our property management operations and ensuring exceptional service to our clients. You will play a key role in facilitating leasing, marketing, and overall property management efforts.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Coordinate and manage maintenance requests from tenants and internal teams, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution.
- Oversee make-ready project timelines, vendor assignments, and progress tracking to ensure units are turned over efficiently and to quality standards.
- Communicate regularly with tenants, owners, and vendors regarding repair status, scheduling, and expectations.
- Work closely with the operations team (including collaboration PM) to support the day-to-day functions of property maintenance.
- Track maintenance activity and follow up on outstanding issues and escalate as needed.
- Assist with administrative and operational tasks related to property management processes, including inspections and service coordination.
- Identify process improvements to streamline maintenance operations and enhance service delivery.

**Technical & Home Office Requirements**:
- Quiet and professional home office setup free of distractions.
- Dual monitor setup required for multitasking and efficient workflow.
- Reliable high-speed internet (50 Mbps or higher preferred).
- 16 GB+ RAM computer preferred for optimal performance.
- Webcam and participation in video meetings on a regular basis.
- Backup systems for internet and power outages strongly recommended.
**Hours**
- Base working hours are 8:30am to 5:00pm central time, with a lunch break.
- Support evening and weekend messaging as your availability allows. Typically very mínimal activity.
- Full-time, minimum 40 hrs per week
- Use time tracking app Time Doctor
- Be fully focused during work hours, do not work on other jobs, freelance work, or personal items
Pay: $20,000.00 - $28,000.00 per month
