(Funciones): - Registrar los requerimientos (pedidos, sugerencias y reclamaciones) de los clientes en el CRM (Salesforce), actualizando su información. - Recibir llamadas telefónicas de inbound / realizar llamadas outbound - Recabar las respuestas del personal competente a los requerimientos de los clientes - Vincular la información entre el cliente, planeación, logística y calidad. - Asegurar que se elaboran las facturas conforme al procedimiento y coadyuvar en la labor de cobranza. ¿Qué necesitas? (Requisitos): - Escolaridad: Titulado en administración, mercadotecnia, comunicación o afines - Experiência mínima de 3 años en el puesto. Conocimientos: - Atención a clientes para autoservicio (retail) manejando plataformas de proveedor del canal. - Conocimiento del canal autoservicio comprobable - Relaciones profesionales con clientes del canal retail, coordinación de ordenes de compra y entregas. ¿Qué ofrecemos? Sueldo 11,200 Bono sujeto a KPIS Mensuales. Vales de despensa Vacaciones de ley. 30 días de aguinaldo. 41 % prima vacacional. 10 % Fondo de ahorro. Zona de trabajo: Tultitlan, Estado de México.
