Tech Mahindra está buscando agentes de servicio al cliente con experiência en call center para una de las empresas de telecomunicaciones más grandes de EE UU.

**Actividades**:
**Voice: Billing, Customer service, Sales, Troubleshooting y Cross selling.**

**Requerimientos**:

- 1 año de experiência call center ventas cruzadas comprobable con semanas cotizadas. **(Para vacante L-V)**
- 6 meses de experiência en call center o 1 año en customer service **(Lunes a Domingo, con descansos entre semana)**
- Nível avanzado de ingles
- Disponibilidad de tiempo completo
- Escolaridad Bachillerato o High school (se requiere diploma o certificado)
- Disponibilidad para trabajar desde casa un mes (debe tener su propia computadora y conexión a Internet 50mgb).

**Sitio ubicado en Azcapotzalco, CDMX *Por el momento se labora 1 MES remoto, de 4 a 6 semanas Prácticas en sitio. Y el trabajo seria desde site a partir de ese momento.**

**Ofrecemos**:

- Salario base de $ 18,000 MXN promedio mensual. Considerando pago por Hora de $107.14 MXN
- + bonificación por KPI´s en operación
- Apoyo mensual para servicio de Internet 50 MB
- Jornada Laboral Lunes Viernes o Lunes a domingo con descansos entre semana
- Prestaciones de ley desde el día 1
- Capacitación totalmente remunerada
- Seguro de gastos médicos Mayores con seguro dental y seguro de vida (a partir de cumplir 90 días)
