- Implementation of company policies and procedures. -Administration of wages and salaries - Administration and control of human resources indicators (rotation, absenteeism and security) - Compliance with labor laws. - Maintain motivational programs in the plant. -Identify staff development and training needs. -Strong Labor Knowledge
Experiência y requisitos
- 5 years of experience on a similar positions -Bilingual -Knowledge of Labor Relations -Knowledge of TRESS System
