**Finalidad del trabajo**:
Plant Manager será responsable de liderar y gestionar las operaciones de la planta de producción, asegurando la eficiencia, calidad y rentabilidad de los procesos. Deberá garantizar el cumplimiento de los estándares de seguridad, medioambientales y normativos aplicables, coordinando las áreas de manufactura, ingeniería, calidad y logística. Su objetivo es cumplir con las necesidades del cliente, optimizar los recursos disponibles y alcanzar los objetivos financieros y operativos de la empresa, promoviendo una cultura de mejora continua y manteniendo altos estándares de desempeño.
**Responsabilidades y deberes del trabajo**:
Desarrollar y apoyar el sistema de calidad IATF 16949.
Monitorear la capacidad operativa y proveer recursos.
Cumplir con normativas SOX
Comunicar los valores de Dana y aplicar el código de ética empresarial.
