**1. Title**:
Production Leader or Head of Manufacturing Operation / SVSBDP Filtration (Services / Beneficiation and Dewatering Products - Filtration)

**2. Job Statement**:
The Production Leader is a full-time position, who oversees the production process and coordinates all activities to ensure enough resources on hand in a safety way. The leader can plan workers’ schedules, estimate costs, and prepare budgets to ensure workflow meets required deadlines.

As a working at production leader, you will be involved whit the planning, coordinate, and control of manufacturing processes, you will make sure goods and services are produced efficiently and that the correct amount is produced at the right cost, level of quality and time. You may also be involved whit product design, purchasing, production supervisors will assist you, the role may be integrated with other functions, such as marketing, sales, finance, and the global product line.

**3. Job Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Ensure that health and safety guidelines are followed. - Oversee the production process and ensure that the production plan is met. In case that there are some issues resolve it in collaboration with their team and stakeholders.
- Ensure that the production is cots effective.
- Decide what resources are required.
- Monitor the production processes and adjust schedules as needed.
- Responsible for maintaining in a good level the equipment in collaboration whit the maintenance department.
- Monitor product standards and implement quality-control programs.
- Implement and keep in a good level the lean tools and practices.
- Supervise and motivate a team of workers.
- Review workers performance include the supervisors.
- Identify training needs.
- Ensure the quality management are meet every day.
- Report to upper management

**5. Travel Requirements**:
Not frequently travel is needed, maybe one or two times per year. (Valid passport must be had)

**6. Qualifications & Experience**:

- Proven experience as production leader - Deep knowledge of production management
- Advanced in LEAN principals.
- Understanding of quality standards and health & safety regulations.
- Experience in reporting on key production metrics, including performance evaluation of the people and budgeting concepts.
- Drawing interpretation.

**7. Skills and Abilities**:

- Good understanding of writing and verbal English languages. - Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
- A good level of computer skills in essential - Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, SAP and others.
- Knowledge in SAP for master data, routings times and BOM’s
- The ability to act decisively and solve staff or equipment related problems.
- The ability to work under pressure and motivate others to meet tight deadlines.
- The ability to work in a logical, systematic manner.
- String decision-making skills and results-driven approach
