_**Position Overview**_This role provides high-quality telephonic support to potential new law firm or attorney clients through a structured legal intake process. The intake specialist will follow a standardized procedure to collect case-related information, document responses accurately, and perform timely follow-ups to support client engagement.- **Key Responsibilities**:_- Handle inbound legal inquiries from potential clients via phone and electronic channels.- Conduct multiple follow-up calls to ensure successful contact with potential clients.- Engage contacts in a detailed intake conversation to assess legal eligibility, using a predefined questionnaire.- Send legal documents for electronic signature and follow up to ensure timely completion.- Collaborate with team members to share best practices and improve client intake experience.- **Training & Schedule**:_- **Training Hours**: 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM (GDL time), lasting 1-2 weeks- **Regular Schedule**: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM- **Operating Hours**: 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM- **Compensation & Benefits**:_- **Monthly Base Salary**: $16,000 MXN- **Net Take-Home (Approximate)**: $13,800 MXN- **Performance Bonus**: Up to $5,100 MXN per month- Based on individual metrics (intake volume and perfect attendance)- Bonus paid monthly- **Additional Benefits**:_- **Food Stamps**: $1,500 MXN/month- Must start by the 5th of the month to qualify for payment the following month- **Savings Fund**: 4%- **Christmas Bonus**: 15 days (increases by 1 day per year, up to 21 days)- **Legal Benefits**: Includes paid vacation, IMSS, profit sharing, and all other applicable benefits under Mexican labor lawTipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSueldo: $16,000.00 - $20,000.00 al mesBeneficios:- Seguro de vida- Vales de despensaPago complementario:- Bono de productividadTipo de jornada:- Turno de 8 horasIdioma:- Inglés (Obligatorio)Lugar de trabajo: Empleo presencial
