OVERVIEW:
Working as Full-time Mexico Accounting Analyst, you will enjoy the opportunity of leading and performing a variety of accounting duties.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:

- Processing and reviewing monthly, quarterly, and annual accounting period close activities, including general ledger reconciliations, account analysis, and statutory reporting
- Analyzing accounting processes focused on enhancements and efficiencies for various accounting systems and procedures
- Designing and managing projects to ensure compliance, enhance, and improve the financial accounting needs of the company
- Measuring, monitoring, coordinating, and communicating status updates on various accounting projects and goals
- Setting strategic goals including developing, training, and motivating others to optimize business results
- Performing special projects, analysis, and other administrative tasks as necessary

REQUIRED POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:
The following skills and qualifications are required for this position:

- Possess or are working towards a bachelor's degree in an Accounting OR have relevant work experience
- Proficient using Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Highly motivated, self directed and customer service oriented
- Demonstrate strong math aptitude, attention to detail and sense of urgency
- Demonstrate strong organization, planning and prioritizing abilities
- Exhibit strong problem solving, deductive reasoning and decision making skills
- Willingness to manage results driven projects
- Learn and perform multiple tasks in a fast paced environment
- Work independently as well as in a team environment
- Demonstrate our core values of ambition, innovation, integrity and teamwork
- Ability to speak fluent Spanish and English

PREFERRED POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:

- Proficient using PeopleSoft
- Possess a valid United States Visa
